Cookie Policy
This policy explains the limited use of cookies and similar technology on civichelm.co.uk.
1. Our approach
The website is intended to be straightforward and privacy-conscious. The launch build does not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, cross-site behavioural tracking or non-essential analytics.
2. Essential website operation
The site host may process basic technical information and use technology strictly necessary to deliver pages, protect the service, balance traffic and prevent abuse. These functions may be necessary to provide the website requested by the visitor.
3. Enquiry forms
The build is configured for Netlify form processing if deployed on Netlify. Technical information may be processed to deliver the form and identify spam or misuse. The form itself is not configured to use advertising or analytics technology.
4. Client access
If a secure client portal is activated in future, essential authentication, session and security cookies may be required. The policy will be reviewed before that functionality is introduced.
5. Third-party services
Links may lead to external websites, procurement portals or other services. Those third parties may use their own cookies and technologies. Civic Helm does not control third-party websites.
6. Future changes
If Civic Helm introduces analytics, embedded media, chat tools, social-media pixels or other non-essential technologies, consent and transparency requirements will be reviewed before they are enabled.
